This Exmoor farm is set in 80 acres of delightful Exmoor countryside on the Devon and Somerset borders and is blissfully peaceful, yet not isolated or remote. The approach to our North Devon B&B overlooks Lynton and the sea, and the South West Coastal path is just a stroll away, linked by a foot path which runs through part of the farm.
Come and indulge yourselves in this Exmoor B&B with luxury spacious king-size 4 poster rooms, with glorious en-suite bathrooms, and enjoy breakfast in the conservatory whilst soaking up the spectacular view towards Watersmeet and the River Lyn. Watch the wild mallard land on the pond or the Red Deer (who visit us most mornings) graze on the lawn.
After a wonderful day exploring Exmoor, Devon and Somerset and the North Devon coast return to the farm for a swim in the heated indoor swimming pool, which is enclosed under glass so you can still enjoy the views, and then relax by the fire in the magnificent drawing room, whilst enjoying a Devon cream tea! Alternatively return to the conservatory, to enjoy the last of the evening sunshine, and catch a glimpse of the buzzards flying overhead or the heron trying to steal the fish from the pond.
