Guarantees & Deposits

  • We require reservations to be guaranteed by credit card.
  • When making a reservation through this web site, you may use our secure credit card system. This uses industry-standard 128-bit encryption over SSL.
  • When dates have been agreed, we will contact you with the link to our secure payment pages.

Cancellations

  • We regret that due to our limited number of rooms it is necessary to impose cancellation
    charges.
  • In the event of cancellation there will be a charge of £25.00.
  • Within 7 days of the arrival or curtailment of the stay, reservations must regretfully be charged in full.
  • We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation less a cancellation fee of £25.00.
