An endless trail of paths and bridleways are available.Your holiday could be set against Exmoor National park as a horse riding holiday.Exmoor is one of the most attractive National Parks in the UK, and covers some two hundred and seven square miles of Somerset and North Devon and is protected for the conservation of its scenery, wildlife and cultural heritage. It contains some spectacular scenery and has as one of the finest landscapes in Britain. It is a mixture of moor and heath, with deep valley's and swift flowing streams. The Exmoor pony has lived on the moor longer than people have, and roams freely throughout the moor giving birth to foals in the spring and early summer, giving the perfect tonic for your horse riding holiday.
Riding the Doone Valley on your horse riding holiday is one of the best treks you will ever witness, there are no roads an idyllic landscape making it the perfect riding get away. We can cater for everyone, maybe you only want to ride for an hour, that's fine, if you want to go all day that fine to. We have small ponies for children and massive horses for large dad's. There is stabling available in any or all of the nine loose boxes and there are several small fields, all with water, which can be used by all visiting equines.
